İmpall Trading, a leading distribution company, found itself in a prominent position within the industry. However, over time, rising costs and a lack of efficiency began to threaten the company’s profitability. In response to this situation, the company decided to initiate the Lean Transformation Project.

As part of the project, business processes were first thoroughly analyzed, and inefficiencies were identified. Subsequently, Kaizen activities were undertaken to implement small and continuous improvements. Asakai team boards were set up in the warehouse, outlining job elements and standard times.

Distribution efforts focused on increasing vehicle capacity, while route optimization shortened distribution times. In the sales department, initiatives were launched to reduce the walking distance of field sales personnel.

Upon completion of the project, Impall Trading achieved a significant success story. The company experienced a notable decrease in costs and a remarkable increase in efficiency, solidifying its leading position in the industry.
