Bular:<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Jarayon (Proses) oqimi<br\/><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Material oqimi<br\/><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ma\u2019lumot oqimi<br\/><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>ko\u2018rinishida 3 asosiy sarlavhada jamlanadi.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Montaj liniyalarida odatda faqat liniya muvozanatlash orqali jarayon oqimi yaxshilanishiga harakat qilinadi. Jarayon oqimi liniya boshqaruvining samaradorligini oshiradigan 3 asosiy omildan biridir; ammo qolgan 2 asosiy omilsiz sog\u2018lom va samarali liniya boshqaruvi haqida gapirish mumkin emas. Endi navbati bilan ushbu 3 tayanch oyoqni batafsil ko\u2018rib chiqamiz.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"434\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/leansolutions.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/akis-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-992\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leansolutions.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/akis-1.jpg 434w, https:\/\/leansolutions.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/akis-1-300x294.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 434px) 100vw, 434px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jarayon (Ishlab chiqarish) oqimi<br\/><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Montaj liniyasida sog\u2018lom oqimni ta\u2019minlash uchun avvalo jarayonlarning quvvati va ishlab chiqarish tezliklari ham mijoz talabi bo\u2018yicha, ham o\u2018z ichida tahlil qilinishi kerak.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jarayon oqimingiz yetarli darajada yoki yo\u2018qligini quyidagi savollarni o\u2018zingizga berib tahlil qilishingiz mumkin:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Jarayonlar orasidagi zahiralar yuqori darajadami? Materiallar operatorlarni yoki mashinani kutyaptimi? <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Tayyor mahsulot zahiralaringiz yuqorimi? Jo\u2018natish omborlaringiz bekor mahsulotlar bilan to\u2018lib-toshyaptimi?<br\/> <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ishlab chiqarish liniyalaringizning unum va mavjudlik darajalarini sog\u2018lom tarzda o\u2018lchay olasizmi?<br\/><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ishlab chiqarishingizning bir tempi bormi? Yoki doimiy ravishda ortiqcha ish soatlari bilan kurashyapsizmi?<br\/> <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Just In Time (O\u2018z vaqtida) tamoyiliga ko\u2018ra, mijoz talabi bilan mos ravishda ishlab chiqarish \u2013 liniyaning aylanma vaqti (Cycle time) **takt vaqti (mijoz talab tezligi)**ga teng bo\u2018lishi demakdir. Agar aylanma vaqt takt vaqtidan qisqa bo\u2018lsa, erta\/ortiqcha ishlab chiqarish isrofi yuzaga keladi. Aksincha holatda esa takt vaqtidan sekin ishlab chiqaradigan liniyada buyurtmalarni qoplay olmaslik xatari tug\u2018iladi.<br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Shu sababli takt vaqtini to\u2018g\u2018ri hisoblash zarur. Faqat takt vaqti emas, balki quvvat holati ham inobatga olinib, liniyada qo\u2018shimcha ishlab chiqarilishi shart bo\u2018lgan boshqa mahsulot guruhlari quvvatning qanchasini band etayotganini ham hisobga olish kerak. Aks holda takt vaqti to\u2018g\u2018ri bo\u2018lsa ham, quvvat e\u2019tiborga olinmagani uchun hisob real bo\u2018lmaydi.<br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ishlab chiqarish liniyasining mijoz tempi bilan mosligi qadar, liniya ichidagi jarayonlar yoki stansiyalarning o\u2018zaro mosligini ham ko\u2018zda tutish kerak. Quvvatlari turlicha bo\u2018lsa ham, ishlab chiqarish tezliklari bo\u2018yicha muvozanatlanmagan jarayonlarda uzluksiz oqim ta\u2019minlanmaydi. Uzluksiz oqimsiz ishlab chiqaradigan liniyalarda jarayonlar orasida yarim tayyor zahiralari (WIP) ko\u2018rinadi.<br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Montaj liniyalarida stansiyalarning ish yuklari yig\u2018indisi aylanma vaqtga teng yoki undan kichik bo\u2018lishi kutiladi. Montaj liniyasida barcha stansiyalar bir vaqtda ishlagani uchun quvvat bir xil mahsulot guruhi uchun umumiy foydalaniladi. Shuning uchun montaj liniyasi quvvati hisoblangan bo\u2018lsa, stansiyalarning alohida quvvatlarini hisoblashga ehtiyoj yo\u2018q. Montaj liniyasining tezligi eng sekin stansiya \u2013 \u201cbo\u2018g\u2018in (bottleneck) stansiya\u201d tezligiga tengdir.<br\/>   <\/p>\n\n<p>Biroq bu holat montaj liniyasi tashqarisidagi ishlab chiqarish liniyalariga tatbiq etilmaydi. Quvvatni turli mahsulotlar bo\u2018lib olgan jarayonlarda turli vaqtlarda ishlab chiqarish ehtimoli mavjud bo\u2018ladi. Bunday holda uzluksiz oqimdan so\u2018zlab bo\u2018lmaydi; ammo jarayon oqimini montaj liniyasidagi darajada bo\u2018lmasa-da, tezlashtirish uchun partiya hajmlarini kichiklashtirish va jarayonlararo zahiralarni boshqarish maqsadida to\u2018g\u2018ri ishlab chiqarish nazorati usullarini (FIFO, CONWIP, Kanban, Ketma-ket tortish) qo\u2018llash zarur.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Material oqimi<br\/><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Jarayon oqimi nuqsonsiz loyihalangan bo\u2018lsa ham, ishlab chiqarish yoki montaj liniyasida xomashyo yoki yarim tayyor bo\u2018lmasa \u2013 bu liniyada oqim haqida gap bo\u2018lishi mumkin emas. Formula-1 mashinasi polda nuqsonsiz (ishlab chiqarish) ko\u2018rsatkich bersa ham, pit-stopda shina yoki yoqilg\u2018i (material oqimi) uchun ortiqcha kutsa, poygani yutqazadi. Chunki Formula-1 poygalari yo\u2018l kabi pitda ham yutiladi.<br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Material oqimini nuqsonsiz qilishning eng oson yo\u2018li \u2013 liniya yoniga barcha yarim tayyor va xomashyolarni uyib, hech to\u2018xtamaydigan liniya yaratishmi? Operatorlar ko\u2018chirish va qo\u2018l bilan ishlash yo\u2018qotishlari bilan vaqt yo\u2018qotishyaptimi?<br\/> <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Omborda qidirilayotgan material darhol topilyaptimi? 5S darajangiz qay ahvolda?<br\/> <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Samarali liniya boshqaruvida materiallar to\u2018g\u2018ri partiya hajmlarida ishlab chiqarilishi, to\u2018g\u2018ri miqdorlarda qutilarga joylanishi va to\u2018g\u2018ri marshrut bilan kerakli joylarga to\u2018g\u2018ri chastotalarda yetkazilishi shart. Buning uchun standartlarni aniqlash juda aniq bo\u2018lishi kerak; ishlab chiqarish nazorati qadar material oqimi nazorati uchun ham bu \u2013 muqarrar. Ta\u2019minotchi jarayon ishlab chiqargan partiya hajmini mijoz jarayonining iste\u2019mol tezligi bilan moslashtirish qadar, materialning to\u2018g\u2018ri qutilarda va standart miqdorlarda joylanishi ham juda muhim. Har bir detal uchun PFEP (har detal bo\u2018yicha reja) yondashuvi bilan quti ichidagi miqdorlarni belgilash, quti turlarining o\u2018lchamlarini standartlashtirish kabi barcha asosiy ma\u2019lumotlar material kesimida shakllantirilishi lozim.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p>To\u2018g\u2018ri marshrut uchun material oqimini ta\u2019minlaydigan bo\u2018limni tahlil qilish nihoyatda muhim. Transport guruhining isroflari tahlil qilinishi, ish ketma-ketligi kuzatilishi va quvvatlari tahlil qilinishi kerak.
