Yapon boshqaruv falsafasi buni hal qiladigan juda oddiy va kuchli kaskadni (bosqichma-bosqich tushirish) taklif qiladi: <strong>KMI \u27a1\ufe0f KPI \u27a1\ufe0f KAI<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udded KMI (Key Management Indicator &#8211; Asosiy Boshqaruv Ko&#8217;rsatkichi): &laquo;NEGA \/ NIYAT&raquo;<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>KMI&#8217;lar yuqori rahbariyatga tegishli bo&#8217;lgan sanoqli strategik ko&#8217;rsatkichlardir. Ular muddat davomida biznes uchun nima haqiqatan ham muhimligini tavsiflaydi:<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mehnat muhofazasi, xavfsizlik va atrof-muhit<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijozlar jalb etilishi va sifat<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odamlar va madaniyat<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aktivlardan foydalanish<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Xarajat va daromadlilik<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>KMI&#8217;larni asboblar panelidagi &laquo;Qutb yulduzlari&raquo; deb hisoblang \u2013 ular faqat bir nechta bo&#8217;lishi kerak.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcca KPI (Key Performance Indicator &#8211; Asosiy Samaradorlik Ko&#8217;rsatkichi): &laquo;NIMA&raquo;<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>KPI&#8217;lar har bir KMI&#8217;ni o&#8217;lchanadigan jarayon metrikasiga aylantiradi. Bitta KMI odatda bir nechta KPI&#8217;lar bilan qo&#8217;llab-quvvatlanadi, lekin umumiy to&#8217;plam baribir tejamkor (lean) bo&#8217;lishi kerak (bitta zavod\/obyekt uchun maksimal 10\u201312 ta). Misollar:<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Xavfsizlik, salomatlik va atrof-muhit: <\/strong>TRIR, Hodisasiz kunlar, Emissiyalar<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aktivlardan foydalanish: <\/strong>OEE, O&#8217;tkazuvchanlik, Quvvatdan foydalanish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijozlar va Sifat: <\/strong>RFT, Shikoyatlar, OTIF<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xarajat va Unumdorlik: Birlik narxi, Zaxiralar aylanmasi, COPQ, Energiya iste&#8217;moli<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odamlar va Madaniyat:<\/strong> eNPS, Davomatsizlik, Kadrlarning qo&#8217;nimsizligi, Takliflar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2699\ufe0f KAI (Key Activity Indicator &#8211; Asosiy Faoliyat Ko&#8217;rsatkichi): &laquo;QANDAY&raquo;<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>KAI&#8217;lar KPI&#8217;larni harakatga keltiradigan ish joyi (Gemba) darajasidagi maxsus harakatlardir. Ular bitta jamoa o&#8217;z zimmasiga olishi uchun yetarli darajada aniq va kichikdir.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1-maqsad: OEE&#8217;ni yaxshilash uchun KAI&#8217;lar quyidagilar bo&#8217;lishi mumkin:<br\/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd3b Sozlash (Setup) vaqtini kamaytirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3b Nosozliklar (Ariza) sonini kamaytirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a MTBF&#8217;ni (Nosozliklar orasidagi o&#8217;rtacha vaqt) oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3b Qisqa to&#8217;xtashlar sonini kamaytirish<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2-maqsad: TRIR&#8217;ni yaxshilash uchun KAI&#8217;lar quyidagilar bo&#8217;lishi mumkin:<br\/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a Kuzatuvlar sonini oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a Xavfsizlik auditlari sonini oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a ShHV (Shaxsiy himoya vositalari \/ PPE) ga rioya qilish foizini oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3-maqsad: Takliflarni ko&#8217;paytirish uchun KAI&#8217;lar quyidagilar bo&#8217;lishi mumkin:<br\/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a Har bir xodimga (FTE) to&#8217;g&#8217;ri keladigan g&#8217;oyalar sonini oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3a G&#8217;oyalarni amalga oshirish foizini oshirish<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd3b G&#8217;oyani amalga oshirish sikl kunlarini kamaytirish<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>KAI&#8217;ning kaliti kechiktirilgan natija (lagging result) emas, balki &#8216;Faoliyat&#8217; (<strong>Activity<\/strong>) dir.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd17 Nega KMI \u27a1\ufe0f KPI \u27a1\ufe0f KAI Kaskadi?<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategiyani Gemba bilan moslashtiradi: <\/strong>Har kim bugungi kaizen, taklif yoki loyiha xavfsizlik, mijoz, xarajat yoki odamlar bilan bog&#8217;liq maqsadlarga qayergacha hissa qo&#8217;shishini ko&#8217;rishi mumkin.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maqsadlarni belgilashni aniqlashtiradi: <\/strong>Siz bir nechta KMI bilan boshlaysiz, ularni yo&#8217;naltirilgan KPI&#8217;larga aylantirasiz, so&#8217;ngra jamoalar har kuni ta&#8217;sir ko&#8217;rsatishi mumkin bo&#8217;lgan KAI&#8217;larni aniqlaysiz.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faqat hisobot berishni emas, samaradorlikni boshqarishni ta&#8217;minlaydi: <em>Ko&#8217;rib chiqishlar oddiy mantiqqa asoslanishi mumkin: KMI trendi pasaymoqda \ud83d\udcc9 \u27a1\ufe0f qaysi KPI og&#8217;ib ketdi? \u27a1\ufe0f qaysi KAI&#8217;ni yaxshilash\/o&#8217;zgartirish kerak? <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doimiy yaxshilashni (Kaizen) rivojlantiradi: KAI&#8217;lar Kaizen&#8217;lar uchun tabiiy voronkaga aylanadi.
